Founded in 2011, Secret Ingredient provides customers with prepared fresh ingredients and step-by-step instructions to cook a delicious and healthy meal in less than half an hour. A perfect complement to the home dining experience is enjoying a bottle of appropriately paired wine with your meal. Secret Ingredient wanted to provide customers a great selection of beautifully paired and professionally selected wines, but this task was not trivial. Focused on meeting the needs of their innovative business model, Applied Wine deployed highly experienced sommelier to provide the expertise and do the hard work, selecting wines that best fit their menu, price-positioning and customer palate.
